North Point Auto Sales, is looking to hire a friendly, smiling, happy, fun and POSITIVE individual to join our small team in handling outbound calls, emails and texts to a list of customers who have already contacted us. We are also looking to integrate this position with vehicle sales at some point.

Outbound lead follow-up: Internet inquiries, Unsold customers, etc

    Schedule sales / service appointments
    Confirm appointments and re-schedule missed appointments
    Purify and update customer changes in database.
    Contact current customer base on current marketing incentives.
    Have an understanding of the industry and our market
    Exceed Customer expectations

Qualifications

    Customer service: 2 years (Required)
    And write fluent English with proper grammar (Required)
    Friendly and outgoing
    Valid Drivers License

    Strong computer skills
    Call Center, collections, inside sales experience is a plus
