Description

We may be biased, but eHealth Saskatchewan is the place to be right now! As the result of a province wide consolidation of IT services in the health care sector, we have seen substantial growth in our organization that is only going to increase as we aim to meet our expanded mandate and the immense need for our support. This gives our people a unique and rare opportunity to truly create, build, improve, and leave their mark on a growing organization.

Reporting to the Director, Citizen and Provider Services, the Manager, Provider Services will oversee day-to-day management, operations, and evaluation services. This individual will serve as a liaison between the stakeholders and technology teams, and accurately and promptly analyze, prioritize, and translate user needs and requests to various information systems.

With patients and the public at the forefront, you will be responsible for maximizing the benefits of programs, providing collaboration and consulting services to interdepartmental teams, and facilitating communication between the public, clinical areas, and technology teams.

You will possess a Degree from an accredited post-secondary education institute in a relevant field of study such as Business or Information Technology plus a minimum 5 years of leadership experience; along with a strong technical background, facilitation, and training experience. Health sector business knowledge and experience or knowledge of central intake and pooled referral management processes would be considered assets.

Occasional travel within the province will be required.
