Description

We are looking for a Shipper Receiver for our client in the Regina area.

The shipper and receiver shall have responsibility for aspects of the material and equipment.

His/ Her responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Receiving and checking all shipments to ensure accuracy.
Prepare all necessary paperwork for outgoing shipments of tanks and parts (ie. Bill of Lading, Packing Slips, etc.)
Coordinate with customers' shipping details.
Contact freight companies for quotes and to arrange shipments.
Contact the permit office and obtain permits when required.
Make sure all parts and pieces are loaded and pictures are taken.
Download all pictures and files in proper customer folders along with all other applicable shipping documentation.
Maintain spreadsheets, etc. within the computer data system for shipment information
