Description

*Search and book loads on multiple load boards based on market research on high paying lanes.
*Negotiate rates with load broker based on current market rates
*Fill out carrier packets in detail to setup with new freight brokerage companies
*Communicate pickup and drop locations with drivers after booking the truck
*Do email correspondence & phone calls with load brokers & drivers on managing the shipment
*Communicate via phone & email with shippers and receivers for business
*Ensure paperwork such as load tenders, Bill of ladings etc. is as per the verbal agreement
*Book third party carriers to fulfill internal capacity shortage
