Description

As General Manager, you will be a values-driven leader motivated by achieving results through others and contributing to a thriving and growing manufacturing organization located in Regina, Sask.  You will be provided with challenge, decision making and the ability to directly impact business growth and success within an entrepreneurial and state-of-the-art equipment, technology and production environment.
  
Responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, including production/manufacturing, financial, human resources and client relationships.    
- Maintain an optimal production environment in terms of employee skills, equipment efficiencies and related technology applications.    
- Work closely with the President to plan, implement and achieve strategic goals.  Strive for continuous improvement, innovation and empower employee teams to achieve career and business success.
- Demonstrate a positive, motivating leadership style that is adaptable and empowers employees to achieve results for the company.  

Requirements include:
- A related Degree/Diploma in business administration or finance is an asset.   Relevant business experience with approx. 5+ years in a leadership capacity.  A strong financial and business acumen is required.
- Some experience in and/or a desire for hands-on learning in manufacturing/production equipment and technology.   Technically savvy with an interest in equipment and technology  
- Entrepreneurial and passionate about business challenges and success.  A leadership style that includes a hands-on approach to support employee and team workflow on the production floor.
