Position: Kitchen Helper
Salary: $14.00 CAD per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (30 hours per week)
Benefit: 3-week annual vacation calculated on earnings at a rate of 5.77%. Overtime will be
paid at a rate of 1.5 times your hourly wage rate when working over 40 hours per week and or 8
hours a day.
Start Date: ASAP

Experience: Preferred but not mandatory
Minimum Education: Completion of secondary school education

Job Duties
Wash and peel vegetables and fruits to ensure they are ready for cooking and consumption.
Clean and sanitize worktables, cupboards, and kitchen appliances to maintain a hygienic
cooking environment.
Dispose of kitchen waste, empty, and sanitize garbage containers, and uphold kitchen
cleanliness standards.
Unpack and neatly store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards, and designated storage areas
for easy access and inventory management.
Sweep and mop floors to keep floors clean and safe.
Assist the cook and kitchen staff with additional responsibilities.
Job Requirements (skills/experience)
Completion of secondary school education
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus, but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
