Southeast College is seeking a dynamic and strategic thinker to join our team as the Director, Strategic Enrollment in Weyburn. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to drive strategic enrollment growth through innovative recruitment strategies and targeted outreach efforts.
Reporting to the VP, Communication and Strategic Enrollment, the position provides leadership and direction to all admission, recruitment of domestic and international students and service activities for Southeast College. The position is also responsible for performance management, project management, and reporting systems/processes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Undergraduate or graduate program in Business Administration, Public Administration or in International Relations, Global Studies, Computer Science, or another relevant field.
A minimum of four years of experience leading teams and driving results, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
Proven experience in enrollment management, admissions & recruitment, student services, budgeting, and operational strategies.
Working understanding of performance management, project management, and reporting systems/processes.
Superior communication skills.
Knowledge of and ability to speak languages in addition to English.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
