Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Install wood framing, metal siding, and doors with precision and expertise.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of building materials.
* Contribute to landscaping tasks, including hand excavation and snow removal.
* Safely erect and dismantle light-duty scaffolding.
* Ensure site cleanliness and upkeep, including cleaning site trailers and public areas.
* Adhere to safety protocols around chemicals, cranes, and moving equipment.
Work Schedule:
* Enjoy a balanced 40-hour work week with the potential for overtime.
* Benefit from a condensed 4-day workweek: Monday to Thursday, with 10-hour shifts per day.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in carpentry or a related field is required.
* Proficiency with metal siding installation is essential.
* Physical fitness and a strong work ethic are a must.
* Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including winter.
* Familiarity with wood framing and commercial construction practices.
* Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is advantageous.
* Ability to operate heavy equipment is a plus.
* Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent hand and finger dexterity for handling materials.
* Capable of lifting and moving objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
