Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA)
Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to adapt to changing conditions
Ability to travel both within the region and provincially
Advanced assessment skills
Advanced communication skills
Advanced interpersonal skills
Advanced organizational skills
Working knowledge of the RAI-HC Assessment Tool

Required Qualifications Continued: Minimum of three years experience in a Home Care setting required.  This is a designated field hours position.  The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) requires a criminal record check (CRC) from every potential SHA team member. The CRC must be dated within the past six (6) months and be satisfactory to the SHA. A vulnerable sector check (VSC) is required for individuals providing patient/resident/client care to vulnerable persons.
