SaskPower seeing an increasing number of large projects over the next fifteen years, many driven by the energy transition.  Major projects have complexities and risks that require different delivery practices than smaller projects.  The Manager, Generation Major Projects will be accountable to provide leadership and direction to this team or function.  This position is responsible to maximize the development, performance and engagement of staff, including directing work and providing regular performance feedback to ensure alignment with both departmental and corporate goals and objectives.
