Job Description: Assists clients through detoxification and the first stages of recovery from alcohol/chemical addictions.
Required Qualifications

Addictions Counselling diploma
Experience
Previous: Twelve (12) months previous experience with an addictions recovery program in a cross cultural setting.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to communicate in a First Nations language, where required by the job
Ability to work independently
Ability to work with culturally sensitive issues
Basic computer skills
Communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Valid drivers license
