Description

We are looking to hire a plant manager to join our team.

Objective:
To supervise the operation of a concrete ready-mix plant including concrete mixer drivers and plant maintenance to ensure delivery of quality product, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
    Supervising and directing Ready-Mix drivers daily.
    Responsible for concrete batch operations.
    Communicating with customers via email, phone or in person
    Responsible for taking orders, billing, and receiving payments.
    Ordering concrete supplies
    Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
    Responsible for ensuring safety guidelines are followed by employees daily.

Qualification Profile:
    Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience
    Experience in the ready-mix business preferred.
    Excellent Communication skills  verbal and written.
    Good organization and planning skills
    Able to multi-task, prioritize and maintain composure in a busy environment.
    Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks)
    Self-Motivated
    Available to work overtime as needed.
    Customer Service orientated.
    1A drivers license

This job could be either seasonal or permanent full time.
