Pharos Business & Taxation Advisors is seeking a motivated individual for Front Desk/Admin assistant for a Permanent Full-time position.
The roles and responsibilities vary, but may include:
-the answering, screening, and transferring of phone calls;
-welcoming and directing visitors and clients;
-general clerical duties including photocopying, fax, and mailing;
-maintaining and assisting the organization within the firm, which may include providing feedback on ways to improve the procedure;
-retrieving and filing of documents in an organized manner;
-handling requests for information and data;
-assisting in resolving administrative problems and inquiries;
-preparation or modification of documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails;
-scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments for staff members;
-preparation of agendas for weekly meetings including the meeting minutes;
-opening, sorting and distributing of incoming correspondence;
-maintenance of office supply inventories;
-data entry and data entry in accounting software; and
-processing of payments.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Computer knowledge, interpersonal/organizational & communication skills, work independently, time management, multi-tasking, professional demeanor, attention to detail and experience/knowledge of Sage, Excel, Word and Outlook is an asset.
A role in administration is for those who have good people skills, excel in problem solving, is well versed in data entry, is computer savvy, and brings a positive attitude to our organization.
