Description

Are you an analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail? Do you love working with data  gathering, analyzing and trending; and coming up with recommendations based on data driven analysis?

SGI is looking for an Auto Fund Process and Quality Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance overall performance.

We hope you consider applying if you:

- Are able to use data and research to reach informed, effective decisions and are proactive in identifying and anticipating potential risk.
- Are skilled at investigating existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment while also helping others navigate through these changes.
- Are highly collaborative, with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
- Want to leverage your leadership skills to influence change and adaptation, like actively supporting SGI's culture, expanding your learning, and supporting your colleagues as they do.

Typically, these skills are gained through a two-year diploma in a relevant field of study, such as business or information technology, and three-five years of experience in performing analysis of business problems, using data to identify solutions/trends, auditing, risk or project management.
