Essential Job Functions
1. Conduct quality inspections on product throughout the manufacturing process. When inspecting product accept or reject it according to Schulte Industries quality standards. The quality inspections will include but not limited to floor inspections of fabrication cut quality, part numbering of items, welds,weld stamps, assembly, wash, paint, and final assembly.
2. Monitor internal processes related to quality, product identification, and process control against QMS procedures
3. Work with other departments to find short term and long term solutions to Quality Assurance issues
4. Enforce system procedures and policy under the Schulte QMS
5. Monitor the effectiveness of the QMS through internal audits
6. Identify and report quality related trends to the Quality Assurance Manager
7. Work collaboratively with other departments to develop new policy and procedures needed for the maintenance of the QMS and Quality Assurance
8. Interact with other departments on nonconformance, customer satisfaction, and continual improvement issues
