Description

Looking for a Power electronics engineer to participate in the design, testing, validation and certification of custom industrial power generation products and hybrid drive systems.
Tasks include - Sizing and selection of electrical components for industrial equipment. Cables, alternators, Inverters, Breakers, fuses, etc
Design/develop electrical schematics
Design and Testing of paralleling systems.
Handling the certification process for custom design ie; CSA
Participate in field testing and evaluation of components.
Involved in the feasibility studies of potential new projects.
Work with manufacturers to find/develop suitable components for designs ie: PM motors, inverters, or any items associated with electrical distributions and control
