-Payroll, Employment Act, employees benefit activating.
-Employees training scheduling.
-Assist with pre-employment and new hire paperwork. Maintain employee files. All employees training updates, booking and personal files. Inputting all timesheets for employees for payroll into Quickbooks.
-Keeps track of all holidays for employees / requests.
-Review and prepare all documents, reports and other correspondence materials for the management team.
-Courteously receive and screen all in-bound calls, emails, and visitors.
-Assist with report and presentation preparation.
-Maintain a professional image and demeanor with all employees, management, executives and visitors always.
-Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels and place orders as required.
-Time clock fob and time tracking in Time pilot for payroll.
-Helps out in the accounting department with invoicing collection.
-Ability to type 40 words per minute.
