ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Virtex Grain Exchange is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant   to work in Corman Park, Saskatoon.  This is a full time position, and the candidate should be extremely organized, having a good knowledge of admin duties and would be a benefit to provide support within an accounting administrative role.

The candidate should have experience  in the following:
    Administrative functions would include:
o    Trucks unloading and loading procedures
o    Inventory data
o    Mail, maintaining stationery and reordering, and other office admin duties
    Administrative accounting functions would include:
o    Purchase Orders
o    Accounts receivable
o    Accounts payable
o    Mastercard reconciliations
o    Maintaining all accounting files
    Assisting with arranging meetings
    All front desk administration duties

Job requirements include but not limited to having excellent abilities to:
    Organize duties
    Communicate
    Utilize computer skills
o    Detailed knowledge of Excel and
o    Sage Accounting Program knowledge would be an asset


Salary is dependent on experience and company offers full benefits.
