Turnbull Excavating Ltd is hiring a permanent full-time office person.
The ideal candidate will be able to start within two weeks of hire date.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Process payroll and report source to Canada Revenue Agency
- Professionally manage all incoming calls using a multi-line telephone system
- Greet all incoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process daily time tickets and compute invoices
- Process receivables & enter AR into Quick books
- Creating & reporting monthly AR statements
- Sort all incoming mail
- Ability to type letters and quotes
- Faxing, emailing and photocopying
- Regular filing
- Daily bank deposits
- Reconcile monthly AP statements
- Ability to work with field & office staff
- Process payables & enter AP into Quick books
- Assist in safety paperwork
- Other office duties include maintaining price lists, pit records, etc.
Experience / Education:
- 2+ years of office experience is required (phones, faxing, filing, photocopying)
- Must have a clear working understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel, as well as email and computers
- Grade 12 or GED is an asset
- Office Administration Certificate or Diploma is an asset, but will consider the equivalent in office experience
- Quickbooks experience is a requirement
