Description

Ecole White City School offers Kindergarten to Grade 8 dual-track programming (English and French Immersion) to an enrolment of approximately 517 students.  There is a professional staff compliment of 30.2 FTE teachers including one vice-principal and 14.88 FTE support staff.  Ecole White City School provides a strong academic program and supports students to become caring, competent, responsible citizens who value education and life-long learning.  White City is located 24km east of Regina.

Assignment:
    100% administrative duties
    Salary and benefits is outlined in the STF Provincial Collective Bargaining agreement.  Current administrative allowance is approximately $29,495.

Qualifications:
    Bachelor of Education Degree
    Valid Saskatchewan Professional A teaching certificate
    Masters degree in a related field, or a willingness to obtain as a condition of employment
    Experience in a school administration role is considered an asset
    Proficiency in French language is an asset

Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate:
    A drive to enthusiastically guide and empower staff, students, and community to achieve educational excellence
    Leadership in delivering high quality educational programs and services that encompass all aspects of effective schools
    Management skills to ensure safe, orderly, accountable school operations
    An understanding of the diverse needs of students and knowledge of strategies to support every student.
    Ability to align efforts at the school level to support the School Divisions strategic direction
