During this exciting time of growth at SRC, effective human resource management is critical to success. The Human Resources (HR) section of SRCs Organizational Effectiveness Division has a career opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor.  

Accountabilities
The HR Advisor contributes to the advancement of the HR function by providing expert guidance on policies and best practices, ensuring compliance, and supporting all aspects of the HR lifecycle to enhance overall organizational effectiveness, including but not limited to:
Support employee relations activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Contribute to the development, review and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
Maintain accurate records, prepare reports and letters, analyze data to inform HR strategies and decision making
Respond to internal and external HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide guidance and advice on a variety of employee relations and human resource issues
Support recruitment activities including onboarding and offboarding as required
Work in a variety of HR functional areas and participate in special projects

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resources
Minimum three years experience working in Human Resources

The chosen candidate will be required to provide an original Criminal Record Check that is satisfactory to SRC prior to the commencement of any employment duties. The Criminal Record  Check must have been executed within the preceding 30 days of receipt.
