Overview
The Human Resources (HR) section of SRCs Organizational Effectiveness Division has a career opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Advisor.
Accountabilities
The Senior Human Resources Advisor plays a crucial role in developing and managing HR programs, advancing and delivering HR Projects, managing complex employee matters, advancing our talent management practices, and supporting senior level business needs, including but not limited to:
Assist and support the Director Human Resources in the development and delivery against the annual work plan and priorities. Ensure appropriate business continuity plans for critical HR risks
Lead the development, delivery, and supported implementation of defined HR projects within the end-to-end employee life cycle in support of business needs
Provide employee relations advice and management for complex matters to ensure employees are treated fairly and equitably while supporting organizational needs
Analyze data to report on HR metrics along with recommended interventions for informed decision-making
Support and contribute to a robust talent management process enabling the organization to have the right people, with the right capabilities, at the right time to meet organizational goals
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum 8 years experience in Human Resources
The chosen candidate will be required to provide an original Criminal Record Check that is satisfactory to SRC prior to the commencement of any employment duties. The Criminal Record Check must have been executed within the preceding 30 days of receipt.
