The individual we are seeking should be local or within a reasonable commute to Weyburn, SK.
As an Information Technologist - End User Support, you will help support WCU staffs daily operations by ensuring that all technology is operating smoothly. You will oversee receiving and responding to end user related tickets. You will be the first point of contact for technical difficulties with computers, printers, and other hardware, software, and some network-related issues. The ideal candidate will be nimble and have excellent service skills.

Your Spark:
- Minimum Grade12 education plus a completed Degree or Diploma program in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Help desk or technical support experience and experience within credit unions is an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs.
- Working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems especially Windows.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and impeccable problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven success working in a collaborative and team environment.
