PBN Construction is a northern Saskatchewan Aboriginal owned and operated company founded in 2007 that services mine sites and crown corporations all over Saskatchewan. We are experiencing exiting growth and currently expanding our team. We are a fast paced and fulfilling company that is seeking a detail orientated and experienced Project Coordinator to work in the Operations Departments at our Saskatoon Corporate Office. The position requires the candidate to work Monday to Friday 8:00 am 5 :00 pm, however there will be times that travel to work sites will be required and hours would be adjusted. Working directly with and reporting to the Project Manager (PM), this person will be responsible for tracking & communicating project performance including cost, schedule, quality, and project status. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, computer literate, and capable of effectively communicating with a wide variety of project stakeholders.
In Summary the candidate will
- Assist with the completion of paperwork as directed by the PM including subcontracts, daily/weekly/monthly reporting, equipment tracking, meeting minutes, shop drawings etc
- Assist with tracking & reporting production rates
- Resource planning and scheduling ( crew and equipment)
- Procurement of supplies and materials
- Assist and track change management and contract details
- Other duties as assigned
