Salary: $75,000 - $200,000 annually

Position Overview:
The VP, Operations will support growth, staff development, financial analysis, and ensure smooth operations across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and customer service.
Collaborate for growth opportunities.
Execute sales, profitability, and expansion strategies.
Manage financial operations.
Build relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
Lead and develop a high-performing team.
Support strategic goals and business planning.
Qualifications:

5+ years of leadership in the automotive industry.
Strong business acumen and growth track record.
Excellent communication skills.
Understanding of automotive sales, finance, and service operations.
Experience in project management.
Criminal background check required.
