Core Responsibilities:
-Lead, mentor and guide all accounting and administrative staff.
-General accounting duties including accounts receivable and accounts
payable.
-Participate in month-end close activities, including preparation of
journal entries and reconciliation of accounts.
-Review, investigate and correct discrepancies in financial entries.
-Provide helpful and friendly service to all customers.
Minimum Requirements:
-Accounting experience required.
-Previous office management or leadership in an office environment
preferred.
-Bachelor, diploma or certificate in accounting is an asset.
-Strong organization and time management skills.
-Attention to detail and analytical abilities.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
