POSITION PURPOSE SUMMARY:
Assist youth in their recovery process by providing information, support and insight through individual treatment planning, counselling and monitoring the youth's progress towards mutually determined goals.
Complete thorough mental health and addictions assessments of potential clients through one-on-one sessions.
Refer to other local programs. Perform ongoing risk assessments and provide referrals to other resources as needed.
