Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to work with a dynamic team that delivers and administers programs that facilitate sustainability and growth to northern municipalities across northern Saskatchewan?

Northern Municipal Services is looking for a Program Consultant to support the Northern Municipal Trust Account (NMTA) Management Board with the planning, administration, evaluation, and creation of programs that support northern municipalities in maintaining healthy, safe, and vibrant communities. This position is based in La Ronge, but a remote work arrangement in Prince Albert may be explored.  

The Program Consultant will be responsible duties such as:
-Providing guidance and support to the NMTA Management Board in the planning, administration, evaluation, and creation of NMTA programs.
-Facilitating and supporting the board in preparing recommendations for project approval.
-Attending and providing status reports at all board meetings.

The skill set and experience required for the position includes:
-program and/or project consulting or management experience
-exceptional time management, organization, and communication skills
-excellent computer skills and application of computer software
-leadership, coordination, collaboration and engagement skills

This position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.
