Description

Brandt is currently seeking a Facilities Dispatcher for our Regina, SK location.  

The Brandt Group of Companies continues to grow significantly in all lines of business and the Property Management team is looking for an individual to support our growing portfolio. If you are a professional, dynamic self-starter, with strong experience in dispatch, as well as Property Management, this role is a great opportunity for you to join the Brandt Property Management team.

This role is responsible for dispatching building operations staff as well as third party vendors to conduct quality repairs, maintenance and provide new equipment installations. This role is also responsible for customer follow-up by responding to service requests in a timely and efficient manner. It is also the responsibility of this role to ensure work is completed within the designated timeframes, and that accurate billing is established prior to payment.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, order, schedule, and receive work of building maintenance vendors and personnel. Assist with processing accounts payable and receivable and contacting vendors as needed
- Complete accurate and timely data entry. Ensure quality controls are always maintained at Brandts standards.
- Develop a strong focus on problem-solving and project management skills, maintain confidentiality and utilize active listening skills to assess urgency of situations as they arise and respond professionally and accordingly.
- Identify deficiencies related to Brandt standards and, work to resolve them in collaboration with corporate branding, colleagues, tenants, and management.
- Manage general requests for information; understand property history and develop expertise of databases and physical records. A successful candidate should be capable if summarizing
