Description

Who you are:
  have a Grade 12 education or higher.
- You have customer service experience including some supervisory skills.
- You have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and are attentive to detail.
- You are an effective planner and have good time management skills.
- You have certification in WHMIS, TDG, First Aid/CPR, Propane or are willing to attain them.
- You are honest, trustworthy, and results driven.
- You are aligned with a vision for continuous improvement & learning.
- You are acceptable to change.
- You have the ability to work indoors and outdoors frequently and various work responsibilities.

What you will do:
The Support Assistant will be responsible for assisting in overall operations and performance of assigned projects and business unit support.   This position will report directly to the General Manager.
- Be an active team member of overall operations ensuring operations are efficient for all members and customers.
- Provide support to entire business as assigned including customer relationship and service, business unit leader support and business unit operation.  This role is a flex role supporting Special Projects, Administration, Grocery, Agro/Crop Inputs, & Petroleum.  Duties for this role are varied based on business activities.
- Learn and develop understanding of POS operating systems and each business units daily operation procedures with helping in departments as required.
- Perform all aspects of opening and closing duties, cash handling procedures and policies.
- Assist with sales, inventory activities and physical project preparation and support.
- Be Flexible for various operating working hours, including weekends when required.
