Content Creation:
- Develop engaging, original content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and infographics to enhance posts
Content Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors to stay ahead of industry trends
- Plan and execute content calendars, ensuring consistent posting and engagement
Client Support:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and preferences
- Provide training and support to clients on best practices for managing their social media accounts
- Manage clients' social media accounts, ensuring timely responses and high engagement levels
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and provide actionable insight
- Provide regular reports and updates to clients on their social media performance
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus
