Responsibilities:
- Research and identify RFP opportunities that align with 2webs services and growth strategy across Canada
- Develop, write, and edit high-quality proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition, capabilities, and solutions tailored to each RFP requirement
- Coordinate and manage the entire RFP response process, including timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights for each proposal
- Review and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with all RFP requirements
- Maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and supporting documents for efficient and consistent responses to future RFPs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings to continuously enhance the quality and competitiveness of our proposals

Qualifications:
- Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in writing and managing RFPs, preferably within the web development industry
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of web design, development, and digital marketing services
- Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
