Duties include (but not limited to):
- Skinning, eviscerating and carcass preparation
- Meat cutting, trimming and boning
- Loading of customer's meat orders
- Daily cleaning of the cutting room and abattoir
* Some heavy lifting may be required
* Basic food safety and sanitation procedures must be adhered to
* Medical plan available
* Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
