Zapshalla Rusnak Financial Services is one of Canadas top financial service providers with offices in Yorkton and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. We are looking for an energetic administrative assistant to join our busy Yorkton office.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team of financial advisors and administration staff. You will be responsible for basic reception duties, scheduling appointments, filing and record keeping, writing emails, reports and official correspondence to clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have High School diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary training is not mandatory but will be considered an asset. You must have completed the Office Administration Certificate or equivalent and be proficient with programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong math and language skills are also an asset. You must be organized and able to multi-task. The successful candidate must be an independent worker adept at problem solving and able to communicate and collaborate with the management team and other support personnel.
Compensation:
The successful candidate will negotiate their salary based on qualifications and previous experience. This is a position with many opportunities for further training and advancement.
