The Saskatchewan Liquor & Gaming Authority is seeking an experienced, innovative, and self-motivated individual to join its dynamic Information Technology Branch as a permanent full-time Technical Analyst (Client).
Reporting to the Support Supervisor, the Technical Analyst provides tier 2 technical support, with the primary focus on the SLGAs client infrastructure and Windows desktop environment. This position receives direction from both the IT Support Supervisor and Client Team Lead and is responsible for following Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) based support processes. Core functions of the job include: the installation, configuration and maintenance of all client hardware and software; Tier 2 escalation for the Service Desk Analysts; technical support for network, server, desk-side and related systems/peripherals; monitoring and testing of systems to ensure reliability and integrity; and system account administration.
