As a Service Advisor (Truck) at Warner Industries, you are at the forefront of the superior Customer Service that we deliver to our Customers, which includes making follow-up calls after repairs/services, proactively promoting our services and helping navigate Customer concerns. You will also provide training and coverage support for our Regina Service Advisors, as needed.
This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position that is based at our Regina Truck location. Flexibility is key as this position will also work from our Regina Trailer location as needed and shifts will vary at times (i.e., anywhere within Monday Saturday from 7:00AM 6:00PM) depending on coverage needs at our Regina Service desks.
Without a doubt you will have superior Customer Service skills, enjoy working in a team atmosphere and have the ability to multitask all while still paying attention to the details. Service Advisor experience and/or within the Heavy-Duty Truck/Trailer industry, will be a definite asset. However, your positive attitude, mechanical aptitude, and superior communication skills may put you ahead of the pack.
