Plan, organize, direct and control daily restaurant operations.
Establish and negotiate with suppliers for food and other items.

Cash management, banking and create and provide revenue reports.
Deal directly with franchisor regarding franchise matters.
Identify the area needs to be improve and provide the details to improve.
Maintain, schedule equipment maintenance and lease hold items.
Hand-on experience of Microsoft office.
