As an Infrastructure Architect for the City of Regina, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the citys technical landscape. Your responsibilities will include researching, designing, and implementing cutting-edge computing environments that adapt to the citys evolving business needs. In this dynamic role, you will provide essential technical solutions to complex business challenges, bringing a technical perspective to discussions within the Technology department and various business areas. You will lead and participate in intricate technical projects, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the citys technical infrastructure. Additionally, you will offer support to Technology colleagues and maintain the operational security of the network and digital infrastructure. This position reports directly to the Coordinator of Infrastructure.
Having experience with wired/wireless/fiber networking including advanced administration of firewall and load balancers would be considered an asset for this role.
