About Us:

Cloud 7 IT Services Inc. is a leading IT Services and IT Consulting  service provider. We handle approximately 15 daily calls from customers seeking Cyber security services, hardware procurement and  IP Camera installation. We are expanding our team and are looking for motivated ladies to join us.

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced inbound phone sales and customer service representatives who can work full-time from home. You will be responsible for calling, scheduling service visits, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

call up 100 calls per day
Schedule online meeting using our Calendly link
Ensure that at least 85% of customers agree to the service
Handle calls professionally and efficiently
Reassure callers to up in for the meeting
Compensation Details:

$5 per successful lead submitted if the customer later cancels
$8 if the customer commits and stays committed
$15 if the customer has more than one service to be done, pays more for the visit, or refers a friend
Requirements:

Available to work 5 days per week, from 9:00 AM TO 5:5:00 PM
Can start immediately
Have a working computer and headset for making calls
Sales-driven and confident on the call
Quiet working environment
