Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking an Electrical Engineering Designer to add to our team.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

Create and maintain accurate, feasible/robust electrical designs/drawings/schematics/harnesses
Manage the development of standard electrical system components, subsystems and wire harnesses to reduce electrical design library of electrical system solutions while reducing electrical design lead time
Program embedded systems to control vehicle functions
Guide and review the work of CAD/CAM Designers, Electrical Designers and offshore design partners as they create the detailed models and production drawings.
Conduct peer reviews of designs completed by other Electrical Designers
Deliver complete, accurate and robust Bill of Materials
Apply engineering analysis where appropriate to mitigate the risk of a design failing
Review contracts for clarity and complete and accurate content
Quote time required to fulfill designs
Solicit product feedback during the manufacturing cycle and after release to improve product design and manufacturability on future units
Contribute to effective Production/Design/Sales meetings
Actively participate in Continuous Improvement processes
