Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Management:
Oversee the daily breakfast service operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, motivate, and manage the breakfast team, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
Conduct daily briefings with staff to discuss specials, menu changes, and guest preferences.
Ensure staff adherence to restaurant policies and procedures.
Customer Service:
Maintain high standards of customer service to meet and exceed guest expectations.
Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements as necessary.
Operations:
Ensure the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
Training and Development:
Train new staff members and provide ongoing training and development for existing staff.
Encourage team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Administrative Duties:
Prepare and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
Handle cash management, including daily cash reconciliations and bank deposits.
Assist with payroll preparation and timekeeping.
Sales and Marketing:
Assist in the development and execution of promotions and special events to attract guests.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the breakfast service through social media and other channels.
