Were looking for a motivated and forward-thinking individual to come on board as our Team Leader, Internal Solutions within Regina. Your ability to make good decisions and problem-solving skills will play an important role in leading the Internal Solutions Centre team to provide exceptional customer service, while ensuring policies and procedures are within the guidelines set by our service providers.
How youll be spending your time
Developing, coaching and leading direct reports
Identifying and resolving risks and opportunities
Facilitating meetings and planning sessionswith a focus on team optimization to create efficiencies in process and procedures
Following up on daily tasks to meet service level agreements
Participating in year-end assignments and projects throughout the year
The experience you bring
2 years of formal or informal leadership experience
2 years experience within the financial industry with a strong understanding of registered products
