Our head office in Regina is currently seeking to fill a permanent, full-time accounting position.  
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for:
Performing various account reconciliations including, but not limited to cash accounts, credit cards, prepaid expenses, wholesale contracts payable
Processing regular payments made to & from equipment financing companies, in addition to the recording of these payments in the accounting system
Creating and recording journal entries and invoices in our system
Preparing monthly and annual reports for equipment financing companies
Other responsibilities can include reviewing accounts payable invoices, running banking reports, preparing additional reports to be provided to various members of the management and finance team upon request
Preference will be given to who possesses:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles acquired through a post-secondary accounting program (diploma and/or bachelors degree)
Working toward or completion of CPA or CFA designation
Higher level knowledge of the Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong work ethic, positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as a member of a team
The time management skills required to manage multiple tasks while meeting various deadlines
