POSITION PURPOSE SUMMARY:  
The Case Manager Lead provides direction, support, and coaching (including corrective action) to the Crossroads Case Management Team. They direct the team and ensure operations are efficient, safe, and secure. The Case Manager Lead will be involved with their team in supporting participants in the development and maintenance of a therapeutic relationship through a case plan process with the goal of facilitating the participant's transition into appropriate, safe, and affordable housing. The Case Manager Lead will also carry a caseload of participants, develop with their team rental readiness program options, and ensure adherence to Crossroads Residential Services operating standards and funding requirements.
