Small FULL SERVICE Firm looking for Dynamic Part Time Person to fill the role of Bookkeeping Assistant/Clerk
MUST HAVE:
Month End Reconciliation Experience
QuickBooks Experience
AR / AP Experience
Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
We are looking for someone who can:
1. Help us with our daily tasks: Answer Phones, Filing, Client requests
2. Someone who can help with Month End Demand
3. Someone with Dynamic Customer Service Skills
4. Someone who can cover when others are away
5. Someone with social media experience
We are Xero Software Silver Partner Firm, and it is our main software. The successful candidate will be required to keep up with certification requirements.

This is a part time position 15 to 20 hours per week - flexibility is an asset, and has a 3 month probationary period. The training period may require more hours during the first 2 weeks to ensure a proper understanding of the tasks required. Wage is based on the experience of the candidate. We also offer a medical plan that takes effect after the 3 month probationary period. Our Office Hours are Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm and Fridays vary depending on the time of year. During February to May this could be a full-time position depending on the candidate's knowledge.
