Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Site Supervisor with RNF Ventures Ltd. located in Prince Albert, SK. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. They will manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Previous experience in on-site safety requirements
- Be a safety leader
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license
- Construction related certification is a plus

Wages will be negotiated depending on experience.
