Description

Legacy Bowes is seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Director to lead the Saskatchewan Indigenous Enterprise Foundation initiatives. This role will be pivotal in bridging financial services with the unique cultural and economic needs of Indigenous communities. The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, oversee operations, and foster relationships to ensure SIEF services meet and exceed the expectations of their stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
    Leadership  Supports SIEF vision, mission and goads internally and externally through relationship building and advancement of SIEF
    Strategic Planning  Develops and implements strategic planning to ensure growth of SIEF
    Business Development  Develops and implements operations plans with targets and metrics to support organizational growth
    Program Development  Development and implementations of programs and services to contribute to economic growth of First Nations and SIEF
    Risk Management  ensures all legislative compliance is maintained and updated according to federal, provincial standards including articles of incorporation
    Loan Administration  Accountable for total loan portfolio including risk management and lending practices are adhered to
    Operations  responsible for all SIEF financials, data management, account assets and administrative efficiencies
    Human Resource Management  Fosters teamwork through positive staff engagement along with strong HR practices
    Board Relations & Governance  Guide and assist the board in achieving governance excellence in fulfilling their fiduciary responsibilities
