Tasks:
Supervise and Co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation & safety procedures;
Prepare and submit reports
Supervise and check assembly of trays
Supervise and check delivery of foods
Prepare budget and cost estimates
Address customers complaints or concerns
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
Ensure food service and quality control
Maintain records of stocks, repairs, sales and wastage

Education: Adult Basic Education (ABE 10) Grade 10

Experience: 0 to 6 months of experience in kitchen duties
