Description

We are seeking a Registered Social Worker to provide counselling services for mental health within our company.

Our Ideal Candidate Would Be/Have:

Having lived in experience with addiction is an asset.
A Registered Social Worker, registered and in good standing with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW) current/existing Provisional registration status.
Experience in providing counselling services to a variety of populations.
Ability to assess clients needs, develop an appropriate treatment plan, and engage in counselling practices to achieve treatment goals.
Position is based in person.
Liability insurance.
An understanding and adherence to ethical guidelines outlined by the SASW.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
An independent, motivated, and growth mindset personality.
Ability to maintain updated and thorough case note documentation, completed in a timely manner.
Ability to engage in on-going, self-directed professional development.
Must be willing to travel.
