Description

Looking to immediately hire a handyman/woman for various tasks from yard work, basic carpentry repairs, basic plumbing repairs, basic electrical -- all 'home owner' type of skills.

I need any or all of the following type stuff done -> yard work (lawn, branches, snow, hedges, etc) and hauling clutter, and minor mechanical & plumbing maintenance (lightbulbs, water filters, clean eaves, etc) and minor carpentry (repair fence, paint trim boards, paint sheds, etc) and basically whatever needs doing.

No great amount of professional knowledge or training is required for most of it... pretty much typical homeowner type of knowledge level (like I have) is pretty much fine... I just don't have the time or health to get everything done, so I need to hire someone.

Wage negotiable - but I'm thinking $17 / hr, and I'm thinking I'll need 2-3 days per week, for 3-5 hours per shift - maybe a bit more at the start to get caught up. But it's pretty flexible, so contact me and we can talk about what is needed.
